Assistant Girls Wrestling Coach
Riley Rangal
My name is Riley Rangel, I'm 20 years old and from Ripon, California.
I've been wrestling for about 10 years and grown up around the sport. I've placed 8th in the California State tournament, 2nd in California Freestyle State, received All-American status in Reno, Nevada, and finished in the top 16 at Fargo Nationals for Team California.
I have since been continuing my academic and athletic career at the University of Jamestown. I'm pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice in hopes to be a Sheriff's Deputy in the future. I currently spend my time working at Stutsman County as a full time correctional officer and doing lots of hunting and fishing on the side when I'm not training or doing school work.
I'm very excited to begin my coaching career at Jamestown Highschool on the girl's wrestling team. I have always had a passion for growing women's wrestling and can't wait to grow a bigger team here in North Dakota.
Let's go Blue Jays!
